Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

The decision to move from 3x a week to 5x a week RTO

Was made based on the broken presence report. Notice how they finally rolled it out for you to see thinking it was 100% accurate. Unfortunately for them it’s still not even close.

Unfortunately for you, decisions to move from 3 days to 5 days were made based on this (even more) broken data last year when Jay&Co told Stankey it was accurate, probably to protect his own job at the cost of yours.

Now 5 days isn’t going away. You can thank Jay.

"Other reasons for the shift to 5 days were the many posts on this very board boasting about coffee badging and lying about moving to designated offices."

So deal with those people. Don't punish everyone.

There are days on the report it says I got to the office at 11am or left at noon, when there are conference room recorded meetings those same days of me sitting in the office at 8:30am and 3pm.

The funniest are the days it says I got to the office at 1:30pm and also left at 1:30pm. It’s all a joke at this point.
