Did anyone receive their dividends on their recent tranche of vested RSU's? Normally it happens the week the stock vests but I did not receive anything.

Yeah I got a 2.2% while they emphasize how important my work was to the team. Total BS! Wishing this company gets sold asap. F the “leadership” and the koolaid drinkers.

Yeah my boss highlighted my RSUs as part of my comp this year. Oh thanks I’ll be sure to get excited when it loses 30% of its value and I am at Zayo or fired in 6 months and I lose them all.
RSUs are the biggest scam. Here’s a $1000. Exciting right. Now wait 3 years for them to lose most of their value and then minus taxes. Left with enough to buy a dozen eggs.

The RSU’s are held in an account by Schwab. The company isn’t allowed to just dip into it.
You got your incentive plan letter last year about the RSUs that you had to go in to the account to accept is a contract. Any attempt by Crown to alter these terms to use the value of the RSUs for its own debt would likely be a breach of contract.
They’d lose that one in court…at least until pumpkin spice palpatine gets further embedded in the courts to protect the interests of the corporation.
Maybe next Friday? I didn't get mine today. Not sure if payroll is this week or next though as I was laid off lol

By this Friday if not next pay day. I think last year we got it same week because the previous years the awards were actually 2-3 days sooner and it was able to merry up with a Friday pay.
I believe it pays same payroll date as bonus - 3/7
