I know in global ops vendor contracts that were extended in Nov are up in April. I wouldn't consider those lay off's they are hired on a contract

Mostly seeing Contractors and vendors listed as *deleted in the people search. This doesn't look like anything huge to me.

Can those of you who have been laid off today or someone from your team actually provide what area/role you work in?

Of course, B5s are the ones who do all the work, so it makes sense the clowns in charge would cut there. We are so ridiculously bloated at the B4 & B3 levels with big salaries who do nothing and add zero value to the company. That's where the cuts need to be made, but when you are run as bad as this company is.....

They're doing a bad job at targeting who to layoff. A lot of it seems to be related to posturing or personal preference and not on rational buisness logic. If there are a couple on a team pushing as hard as they can, and one is cut loose - its risky becouse now that other person will be worked beyond their limits.

Care to share which location? I had also heard today's date thrown around from multiple sources, but have not heard of anything happening yet today.

It's employees that have already been laid off just causing fear to others now.

@OP+1jmxe4rqs - are you just throwing darts at your wall calendar now?

Or maybe it's like spaghetti -- you throw enough on the wall, something's bound to stick eventually....

All these dates are just absurd. (a Tuesday, really? Friday, end of the month cleaner in the system, blah blah blah)

You are f.o.s. Please go away.
