I'm ready for layoff after all the mental abuse of annual reviews, working hard for nothing. I've been here so long and the culture has totally changed. No raise, cr-ppy bonus, over it!
Hopefully I can find something else.

@nf Also here doing the absolute bare minimum until termination. But don't do the bare minimum for yourself. If you are in tech and you get out, realize that you will be behind at least 5 to 15 years. If you are not of retirement age, I advise that you upskill yourself. Also network with user groups, certification groups. Learn AI prompting skills.
Also here doing the absolute bare minimum until termination Tuesday lottery day! So over this bs ride but after decades of hard work for this company, I’m done going above and beyond and will not be leaving without my severance!

Severance or death. I could retire tomorrow, but I won't. Not after what they've done to all my friends. I'll muddle along until my name comes up and they decide to pay me the full year of severance. Whether that's 15 mins or 15 years from now, I'm beyond caring. FHY.

This is the mindset they are looking for, with the exception that they want us all to look for other jobs and leave without our severance. Not going to happen Shart!
