Floating holidays and quitting

Per current policy, Can I take my 3 floating holidays Jan 2,3,4 then submit my resignation without having to compensate the company for them?

Yes. As long as you aren’t a new hire on January 1st, you get all 3 PHs immediately in 2023.

@stf+1jmzHieS, you can still get the pension buyout if you qualify and quit, dummy. The first reply still has a good point.

Be careful doing that because this puts your last day of work into the Q1 2023 versus Q4 2022. If you have a pension and interest rates rise, then that could impact the value.
