Make sure you click on that stupid app when you get to a store. I know nobody uses it but don't want you guys to get yelled at by the DMs that sit at home and do nothing all day.

Exactly. They're clueless how things are at store level.
Stupid call outs for all these Walmarts, snack cr--kers wings, sargento wings, rollback items…you’re lucky to get one display for rollback item let alone product not on rollback. They expect too much. Unless you’re sc--wing a Walmart manager , forget it. I’m applying for more jobs….
You can only back your way into a display once! Than it becomes a “sales plan”! The customer business teams sell to their peers, not ours! They ought to get out in the field and see what it’s like when three different companies were told they can have the end cap, and then another company dumped a truck load of cr-p into the store with no place to go so they end up with the end cap. It’s a joke! I just don’t get why anyone still works there, this has been going on for years and won’t change! Getting out was and is the best move I made!!! So much happier!

Sales reps aren’t sales reps, we’re slave merchandisers to CAO, and the front line shields to take sh-t from the stores when all the cr-p comes in. They need a face to see and put the blame on, and that’s us!
Force product into stores and hope either the ftow or the rep will find a place to put it. That's the mondelez way!

Use it. If you're a terrible sales person all you have to do is read the presentation. if you can't gain displays using this tech, maybe you shouldn't be in sales. 🤔
