Hiring people based on their gender, s-xual preferences is absolutely wrong. It should be skill based only.

The FCC and Carr likely want Hans and friends out of their VZ leadership roles because of what happened over the previous 4 years. Hans and hangers-on injured both the company's value and the basic operating rules of the USA to push a globalist agenda and technology that was never right for the USA, instead of delivering shareholder returns and customer service.
I give him no more than 6 months before the FCC and DOJ compel him to find another job. Blackrock will sacrifice Hans to save its skin. Neo Feudal globalism is out and republics and populism is in! By wokies!
I was always proud to work for Verizon because they hired women, BIPOC, LGBTQ, Disabled, they honestly focused on your capabilities and skills, not what your human form presents on the outside.
He should be concerned because that EU / WEF clap trap BS derailed the biggest dog in Telecom just to ensure bearded men in flowery dresses could wander around BR without concern along with welcoming 3rd world and developing sanitary habits into a pseudo tech hq. Funny thing is that the company represented completely the demographics it serves and DEI replaced functioning organizations not by talent but by race, creed and color. The FCC is going to have a field day if there are any records left to subpoena.
I once sat in a meeting with Krista where she was shown race and s-x percentages by band. She then directed HR and her directs to start hiring more non-white woman into higher bands, 5 and up, regardless of credentials and experience.
Fortunately DEI did not stop her firing.

So many lives and careers have been ruined by racist, s-xist and ageist executives. A powerful vp in finance who themselves is not so young, laughed about encouraging leaders to hire cheaper and younger people for vsp backfills. This same vp pressured leaders to not backfill customer impacting roles while bloating their own team that did useless busywork. Very far from world class. I hope Elon takes full control and publicizes the true character of vz leadership.

The FCC has an open hotline/web line and I am sure that plenty of folks have plenty to share about what has happened to and is happening inside the company as a result of anti-American DEI and ESG.

This is overall a good thing. While DEI efforts started with the right intent years ago, its deployment has been anything but that. Folks that had no clue about VZ operations and had not even stepped a foot in the store or a network site ended up sitting top of Building 4. Time to clean that up and bring this company back to its deserved glory!!!!
DEI is the excuse for removing all white males and replacing them with more indians. Every white person being replaced by Indian increases their diversity scores.
