Wow, a whopping 3.5% raise. Great timing, considering last week’s meeting was all about profits, off the backs of employees, of course. What a slap in the face. Decision made by some director whos never even met my department and isn’t even on the Alls**t side. But hey, at least they made sure to highlight a completely unrealistic salary range too.
Such a gracious/s merit increase doesn’t even consider inflation. And those bonuses they crowed about a few years ago if we peons meet goals? Gone. After dangling that carrot, they conveniently “retired” the program before having to pay up. Bet the execs still got their bonuses.
Funny how inflation justifies premium hikes over and over and over, but not fair pay. The only thing Alls**t has going for it at this point is WFH—but even thats on borrowed time before jobs get shipped overseas.
