As best I can tell, about one third of them can barely speak understandable English and none of those can produce the sound for "th."

This is from Form 10-K filed with the SEC earlier this month. It includes both domestic and global employees. That breakdown won't be available until later this year when they post the Human Capital Management Data. I expect the domestic count 124,731in 2023 to be where most of the year over year 9k reduction to be. (2023 total was 149,900.)
