"100%" bonus is just them holding 15% of ur pay hostage all year. Get another job where that 15% is in your weekly pay. Crown is ridiculous. From someone who regularly got 140%, left and now has it in my base. It's amazing the peace of mind that gives you. Just not having to deal w the bs of the bonus process is amazing.

Some people got 2% after 2 years of no pay increase. That definitely is an indicator of the sale being close
Wouldn’t a 2% increase indicate your worth and a strong possibility to selected for the next RIF

True, last couple years it’s been down. Those were the days! 130% was pretty nice. But 100% bonus is still nice to have. At least we got better than expected in my opinion.
