Will people who were ranked a C get a raise or a PIP

With new system all raises are in January. Old system did pace raises out more depending on rank results.
Yes, you should get a raise, but it’ll be smaller and later. Unless they changed, As usually get a raise every 12 months, Bs every 14 months, and Cs every 14 months.
Not in my past experience. C no raise. D is Pip.
I think C would be the same as “good” for MPT, so likely yes but also likely very small.
