Why are WARN notices filed in Texas but not in Florida? Be prepared for potential no-notice layoffs, everyone!

I still cannot understand why people that are definite security risks like Donny Wright at the Greenville, Tx location due to all the past discretions that fat unqualified tu-d has gotten away with along with his buddies is still employed. Maybe that’s the way not to get laid off! Just steal time, run around with multiple stupid women that work at the plant and kiss the as--s of those in leadership that act just like you. The Italy program must be a bunch of pathetic individuals I’m sure. Well, I choose to be upstanding and I will not be kissing any as--s. Good luck to those who do their jobs because for some odd reason we are the first to go and keep the knuckleheads. I will be reporting all these risks to those who control the purse strings.
Next big wave of layoffs will happen next week.
WARN is in Florida as well.
Most of the sites in Florida are just very big and so they can cleverly only lay off a certain percentage of each site and avoid having to issue one. The requirement is at least 1/3 of the site or 500 employees - they get away with only laying off 300-400 and that’s still well under the 1/3.
Warn notices are a texas thing not required in Florida
It's happening again. SAS FL
Water cooler? I'm trying to find out where's the beef!
Anyone with factual evidence about this week or just a bunch of old ladies around a water cooler again?
The WARN notice has a threshold. If it's below that number, no notice is needed. They'll just lay off in increments over as period of time. But seriously, you should be more worried about NOT getting laid off. After any amount of time invested in this company, why would anyone stay? Are things really that bad out there? L3harris can't possibly be your only option.
Unless of course you are so underqualified or so overpaid that no one else wants you.
You all make sure your training is utopian date😂
The Texas one is for Java man which was already announced by the news
Just like the ones in October.
