This only affects public, not private employees. This has nothing to do with Fiserv.
Just an FYI the “Supreme Court” in NY is not the same thing as the US Supreme Court, there are two levels of appeals courts above the NY Supreme Court. The latest ruling by one judge contradicts numerous other NY court rulings on the vaccine mandate and is very likely to be appealed.
This is neither for or against the decision, simply a moment of education as the Fox News article fails to describe the NY court system and makes it appear as if this is a “final decision” made by the states highest court, which it is not.
As it should be, the government can’t control us and force vaccinations. Glad I stood by my rights. I trust my immune system.
