So what is happening in the Notified organization with conferencing? Is it doing good, fair, poor? What is going on since they changed leadership? Anybody have suggestions or ideas?

The technology "leader" of notified is an absolute joke. He came to West at the time from the School Messenger purchase. He spent some time in ETS and accomplished absolutely nothing other than causing some other technical leadership in that group to run for the hills. Now I'm guessing he is doing the same to Notified, so no surprise that BU is struggling.
Does sinking like a lead weight mean anything. Management has know idea what they are doing now that Ben is gone.
