So many people have been forced out that I would imagine that Fiserv clients could sue Fiserv for lack of support THEY PAID for! I think it might be a matter of time....

Wait until FI's are told about the new Service Partner program (or lack thereof). They are preparing messaging right now that most clients will no longer have a direct line into their SP to resolve issues. Going forward, they will share a rotating SP group and will not have direct access to any of the SP's.
I don’t understand how the clients aren’t doing exactly that. The level of service was declining based on volume and short staffing prior to this RTO/RIF movement. With service partners being laid off client might actually start to make some noise as they should.
