Just use Grok. Who cares.

Simply type in: i work for AT&T in (x field). Give me 5 accomplishments that aren't verifiable.

Easy. Done.

.....We have had to report on what we do week to week/ month to month for years. Technicians report on what they do every day, multiple times a day. Nothing new. I guess the question is if your group doesn't, should you be worried........?

I wish your AVP sees these emails. There are groups that have no work and yet AD is covering that fact to save their own butt. We still have AD that have only 3-4 employees under and no significant work. They only do sustaining budget with Principal or Senior technical titles. Where is our DOCE (Departament of Corporate Efficiency)?

Honestly if you can’t do something so simple, should you even have a job?

If you think this is something extraordinary, you just might be a stupid liberal.

I could write e a book.

We have calls every week where we have to go over what we worked on the previous week.

Some of these orgs don’t have sh-t to do and you can tell by the sheer amount of people constantly looking at their phones all day long.

I wish I wasn’t buried in never ending work but we all have our own hells to deal with in this shithole company.

  1. Costco trip and gas, $1.50 hotdog at the food court of course.
  2. Picked up dry cleaning then went to lunch.
  3. Mani Pedi, I tipped well.
  4. Laundry, washed, dried and folded.
  5. Picked up the kids after school and went for a root beer freeze.

That's about it until next week.

AT&T already has several different tracking systems to see what each employee does. The federal government should update to similar software and then they can determine who are truly the valuable employees and cut the rest.

That would actually be a good thing. RTO only if you can't produce your 5 bullet-points weekly.

Some employees already do this at T, so this is nothing new for some employees.
