I too noticed that the new award mentioned it would be on 3/1 and yet not there to ‘accept’ still today

OP is referring to newest award, not vesting schedule of previous years awards.

I guess corp comms sc--wed up the date in the comm aka false advertising with no consequences haha typical

you can now see your 3/1 and there will be a 3/15 vesting for some others.

They vest into your Merrill account if you set it up in the Equity & LT Cash Plan to do so. Otherwise it automatically creates a Individual Investor Account, on your behalf, to invest into (which you can move to your brokerage account yourself).

This is my first year getting them. does anyone know if they have to be vested into our ML account? can we just keep them untouched until we want or it's one of those automatic things

It is actually available now. I just logged in to view how many shares this will be my fourth year and it’ll come in waves so you have one on March 1 then I think two more on March 15

Yeah pretty interesting. In the fact sheet I believe it said it could take 5-10 days to vest (which seems way too long).

Figure it will be available for sale Thurs or Friday and then about three business days after the sale for it to hit your ML account then 2 business days to transfer to your bank account.

The shares vested on Saturday—what did you expect, for it to magically appear on Sunday? Because, of course, financial institutions are known for working tirelessly through the weekend just for you. Genius.

It always takes a couple of days. On mine this morning it shows in process.
