I’ve been following a CWA group run by these guys Terry and Paul and they are soooooo right. RTO will get rid of most office workers. We need that so the real union get bigger wage increases. We’ll get bigger vacations and maybe that bonus management gets RTO to get rid of union!!!!

Call center representatives are su-king out company dry. Most work is outsourced anyway, all management needs to do now is instate RTO. You got a month to come back and those that refuse will get rif’d. A great way to trim the fat.
