VBO is 100% happening. Don’t ask me how I know, but 100% people that meet the requirements are getting offers.
It's always the first Tuesday of the month for some reason.
3/9/21 my Independence Day! Trying to keep a straight face on a team call as the invite hit my inbox! Good times - took the money and ran! No regrets whatsoever - I hope it happens for those not ready to take the deal last time.
What group was affected?
I don't want the VBO, better deal is to keep collecting checks.
@b2+1jnedy947 that is not true unless you layoff people that would qualify for the VBO. And even then those laid off people who would have qualified can still get the VBO.
If there are layoffs happening there won’t be any VBO. Legally you can’t do both. You could do VBO then layoffs but not the other way around.

Lots of restructuring have made some areas / teams redundant.
The impacted individuals have started receiving communication from HR and managers.
I knew this is when an HR joined the conversation for a time that was supposed to be a 1-1 with my manager to talk about goals.
Needless to say I hate how my manager kept freaking lying to my face.
