No. I am so grateful to have a job and love working here. I enjoy my team and believe in my leaders and in the success of this company. I want to see if succeed and continue to grow.
Yes. I think a large portion of the burnout is the political environment we are dealing with. Sure work is hard and targets are tricky but it's trying to manage a team who is stressing a potential deportation or access to healthcare. It's a tough time to be a people manager.
