14 months of waiting and not being able to apply back to the commercial side of Cigna. I definitely had enough and all I could take. I decided it was time to say BYE BYE BYE 👋🏼 after 9 years

Close to a year? We've been on hold since the official announcement 1/31/24. We passed the year mark over a month ago...

and less and less time to accrue PTO so knowing we will need to take unpaid and pay ourselves
The months delay in the 3.5% raise they said we would get at sale is what I think about :(
Love this!!!!! But in all seriousness, this is absolutely ridiculous. We have been on hold/limbo for close to a year now and during that time, not allowed to apply for other positions within Cigna. Horribly unfair to us employees. “Should I stay or should I go now?” Lol
