March 13 is a day on the JE calendar.
Havn't heard anything directly about a final date other than I will know for sure by the 14th, but I know a ton of contractors are getting laid off.
Yeah about 6 contractors on my team told that Friday will be their last day
I heard evernorth got impacted, know of multiple contractors let go early
My manager let me know yesterday that they're starting to cull the contractors in digital with a goal of axing about 40% of them. crazy bc they just had this huge hiring frenzy a few months ago! (onshore contractors specifically). Nothing stable about how anything is going on here imo

Tech Help Desk has already been offshored to India, so I expect only the higher level tier2 and tier3 resources still stateside that will be affected. "Support resources will still be available, but longer hold or response time due to fewer people available during the shift"

I believe March 13th is when “the lists “ need to be done by. Project and budget cuts amounts/% finalized by this Friday. Timeline for April makes sense.
All I’ve heard about is April 10th, across all of IT.
Haven’t heard the March & June rumors some have said. Would be weird timing if it was March 13th since bonuses get paid out on the 14th.
Where did you hear about March 13th and any particular area/department?
