Whoever posted this is obviously looking to set employees up for failure... If anything you should understand that Bridget's organization is ran under managers who are floating the buck it's not about what you know it's about who you know because people are operating on teams 75% of the time with managers who are not qualified to manage settings but they make other managers feel happy and that's what counts here at Wells Fargo it's not about what you know it's about how you make people feel.
Bridget's more than likely going to fire a manager if feelings are hurt over being technical on point... And since the Indian community is protected by the ciso, they are the only ones who get to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and yell at you during meetings blaming you for the bad jobs they refused to do.
Remember that as an American working at Wells Fargo your job is to deliver the promises that all these Indians above you are saying yes to in short you are Jesus Christ and you need to perform the miracles for them you will never get the credit and you will work over 40 hours a week because these Indians say yes to everything and the word no doesn't exist this is how they get ahead and this is how you end up with health problems because you as an American do not matter here Bridget and her subordinates have made this very clear.
Leave and move on to places where stress will not be your forte and you will not have PTSD when entering the parking lot of a Wells Fargo corporate infrastructure.
If it makes you feel better technology is about to do a big lift and shift because all the managers are being told to replace their analysts with as much AI bots as possible and other AI tools and replace as many engineers as possible with AI counterparts... There's one American I know who was part of the product owner team in technology and they laid her off and replaced her with co-pilot.
Don't believe the hype Bridget will not fire anybody and if you're stupid enough to complain about a manager before Warren you're going to be blacklisted and your career will be destroyed from the inside out.
