Do you get anything after pip?

If you stick around and you get fired at the end do you get anything? if not can you at least get unemployment?

In cases like this, eligibility for unemployment depends on the state and how the employer responds. In almost all cases, the employer will not challenge a claim for unemployment, but they can.

All PIP cases I was aware of where it was judged performance had not changed /improved enough got the standard USA severance package as described in the HR benefits site. Non-USA I have no idea but heard most of those cases got their standard payment too

Typically one to two months, standard package. Make sure you air your dirty laundry after getting the money

Besides a good hard kick in the ru-p you are eligible for unemployment and severance assuming it was for performance and not cause.
