I crank up the ace of bass and jam
I'm doing fine. There are several return to the office chronic whiners and complainers in my group. I totally ignore these losers and don't bother to greet or talk to them.
If they approach me about wanting my help with something they are struggling with. I tell them I don't have time to help them. These people are prime candidates for performance improvement plans since it is clear they do not know how to do their jobs.
I have no problem returning to the office. In the last two days I have told two chronic whiners in our group to Zip it. These two women can't stop whining all day, while they check their Instagram accounts every 10 minutes. They whine and try to encourage other d-mb people in our group to join in with them about having to come into the office every day now. I decided to steer clear of these two because with their continued whining they are too d-mb to figure out they are going to be on HR's radar soon if not already and their names are probably at the top of a layoff list. All I can say is Thank God!
I read a book on my Kindle and wandered around to get my steps in.
Oh production has slowed. Morale isn’t good. Vibes are off. Noise complaints. Many sit around on their phones or up congregating at someone’s desk chit chatting and joking around. This is going to backfire.
I actually accomplished less because I am pi---d. It’s jd’s fault that the service quality go down hill.
I hung out by the water cooler and gib gabbed with my co-workers for ~40 minutes. Then I took a 2-hour lunch break. Then I dozed off at my desk for a quick 30-minute power-nap.
That's what I've done so far today. Yep, MUCH more productive than WFH! JD is a GENIUS!!!!
