Low pay limits staffing and creates high turnover. Long wait times makes potential new line opportunities walk out the door. Experienced sales people are replaced with newbies. New sales people and low staffing allows missed opportunities. Team commission makes each new line sale equal about $1 commission. This means our brainless leader created a work environment where 1500 Corporate stores allow new post paid customers to walk due to understaffing, misguided focus and zero sense of urgency to close sales due to low pay. Think a rep really cares if they dont close a deal and miss $1 in commission?? If we lose 1 line per day per store on average due to these factors then do the math. That is over 500k additional customers per year that we miss and more if they are couples or families. Our stock isn't turning around till this is fixed. Plain and simple. Minimize a sales team's drive and disrespect what a well trained tenured sales people can do and then wonder why sales are down. Then add on addition churn due to these same factors. Clown show with Hanzie in center ring. Let's see... our sales results started to go down when we changed commission and our customers service went down when we outsourced. Our systems went down when we relied on India info systems. Our reputation went down when we relied on Hans decision making. And our stock went down when we added up these factors. All this while Hans paid back Ericcson for his past skeletons with Verizon 5G cash investment.

Hanzie had to blame other leaders when in actuality he has steered the ship in this direction with all his bad decisions over the past few years. Don't pay the front line people and outsource. Stocks and profits down. Who will he blame next? This is turning out to be a dark Christmas selling season. Next year will bring change guaranteed! The board is responsible too for their inaction and bringing in this proven failed foreigner.
Each new line needs to be worth a minimum of $25. $1 per line is a slap in the face.
Looks like Hanzie the clown will be the only winner here. Share holders are being led by a board who should be voted out with a no confidence vote.
Former direct GM here. Left right before Q3 results were announced for a lot of the reasons listed above. Also, add in the fact the candidates recruiters are sending over to staff the stores have ZERO experience. So it’s like, stay short staffed or hire someone you know won’t be cut out for the job?
I’m so glad I ducked out when I did. The writing has been on the wall for months.

Pretty good lesson how to NOT run a business. It has to all be on purpose, they can't be this bad. I refuse to believe it.
Outsiders should not be brought into the company. If they have no idea about a company's or country's culture then awkward decisions are made.. just look at the pants.

Yes!!! This company is sinking while others are growing!! This has nothing to do with covid, the recession, or any other excuses we heard today. This is because of incompetent leadership. Point blank period. Leave the company Hanzie!! No one wants you hear!!
