Once again, they’re trading decades of experience for a quick profit boost. If the goal is to make the entire workforce feel unsafe all the time, it's working. I can't believe this is the same company I joined 14 years ago.

Same people making these decisions that will ask why things get sc--wed up with our systems three months from now.
It is said that the company does not realize or does not care about the impact of letting the experienced people go. Clients and employee hold times have gone up when calling for service, but the company executives know people are not likely to jump to a competitor in the next year or two.
You should have seen how great connecticut general life insurance company was - when I started in 1972..
How many people are they planning to let go next week?
