I was wondering the same thing and the people who do the work are always picking top performers but they have no idea who is a top performer they don’t even know these people names …. Everything is rigged trust no one or nothing
They also said there’s a “differentiated bonus” for “top performers”. The document said “senior leadership identified top performers”. Not sure about other departments but ours was told we didn’t need to enter 2024 year end performance reviews in workday. So how exactly did senior leadership identify top performers?
