Develop You courses were a complete waste of team member time for many years. The character examples were primitive and lacked substance. I never gained anything useful from these courses as the material was not only boring, but usually completely irrelevant to my position.

Given most employees at the bank are not from diverse backgrounds- the reason for DEI in the first place, the reason tests are d-mbed down would logically not be because of that group - think about that for a while dummy
