Hopefully new management will drive Western Digital towards much better position after split from SanDisk.

judging by the stock's performance, not enough
Awaiting quarterly results
tariff relief?
stock ain't great
apparently not enough
if what's old, is new
Dont worry about head count, revinue, or stock price, pleade focus on rewatding executives, like WDCs board has.
@23m+1jnsngsab the number of years with cuts vs hires
SanDisk has more than 10K workers. Last year, WDC and SanDisk combined had 53K employees. So, WD now has fewer than 43K. After the merger with HGST, it had more than 10K. That’s a 60% decrease since 2012. call it pain or efficiency

let's have a survey
WDC stock didn't change its name after split. I thought it should be reversed back "HGST" but not.
@tz+1jnsngsab old news
I’m just happy this isn’t our CEO

new management? aside from the CEO much of hdd senior leadership and middle management has been around a long time
yup, WD bought SanDisk so who should have the debt
please compare the stock price of sandisk and WD since the split. Looks like WD got stuck on the sandisk loans.
too early to know
