Did you watch the company kickoff and catch the talk about Value expanding? The new VP of distribution got up and was asked a question about hiring and he said that he has over sixty open jobs for Verizon employees to apply to. There’s one problem, he will not hire Verizon employees. He believes they are not as talented as vendors, OEMs, or the competition. Not one open position has gone to a Verizon employee. How is this even possible?

Value was great at some point full of talent. However VZ identify them, replace them and what is left now is terrible low talent loosers.
Value IT is the biggest joke ever, full of veterans in leadership roles , looks more like a chess club instead of an IT department. Get rid of D-e-l-0-a-c-h
he is so useless, he was never supposed to be there in that role, his friend -j-a-y s-m-i-t-h gave him that role that he uas no idea how to execute!
They aren't just hiring directors from the street, they are hiring directors who know the VP. It's turning into the Boost club, boys club should I say. If anyone in Value thinks they have any chance of promoting if you don't have Boost/Metro/T-Mobile experience (Friendships) you are mistaken. Value has officially been taken over
and they limit all 60 jobs to 8 or 9 locations with no flexibility regarding any of our other locations.... in the world of remote capability... and we say we are a communications company on the cutting edge... LOL
Since the trackfone purchase is complete I have no idea why they are in Miami verses Texas. It truly makes no sense. Relocate and collapse Visible to Hidden Ridge.
Big mistake! Having the Verizon Network power your phone was like driving a Lexus. When they bought all the low-rider prepaid sketchy new phone friends and gave them the same thing as the company's Lexus customers but then abandoned Blue Ribbon customer service and outsourced overseas what remained - is why the Network is a mess of bandaid fixes, net news is never good news, and the stock price is in the toilet. Facts R facts!
Value is bleeding money. They literally have to buy customers with their promotions to get them to stick. Operations are a mess, and morale is a mess. This will end up being another failed acquisition with massive layoffs before the end of the year. You can only float by without a profit for so long
As the saving grows the network quality declines.
All this legacy, self proclaimed “leaders” are useless, the good one where let go months ago. What remains are pure left overs that will end up being riffed without severance

Hiring Directors off the street from Sprint or any Sprint subsidiary is a huge mistake. They are paying them just as high and they have the talent to destroy a carrier. What bank is going to buy Verizon? SoftBank here we come!
Not sure about what Verizon Value org is but I can tell the crisis is everywhere
They want to push out legacy people who contribute no value and hire fresh talent. I don’t blame them
Pretty sure Boeing tried this.....it worked for them.
This is CHRO strategy to push out people with experience and bring external folks with big pay checks. This is not new btw because she has been touring this with Han at the leadership meetings.
This is a BIG mistake!
Verizon culture reacts badly to outsiders and before they know what is going on, Value fate will be sealed.
Again, this top leadership has their heads in their you know what. Where is the BoD for this company?!?
Do you know that our competitors have generated literally 500% more value for their shareholders than this CEO.
BlackRock rocks!!!!
Nothing to do with talents my friend, it is all about savings! When will you get that?
