I work in PI Operations and the managers are such a joke. Clint’s method was to hire people who were unskilled and unqualified to make reps go to TLs. That might have worked if he didn’t fill the entire department with new and terrible managers. I’ve never seen so many people destroy teams because of personal issues with reps. Managers are so incompetent that you can show them facts and they still can’t wrap their heads around it.
At some point having a college education is necessary. I should never have to worry that an unskilled manager will make things worse due to their insecurity of lack of qualifications. Clint has made this dependent a joke. So much wasted talent because of weak and poor managers.
