Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Where are the execs?

Hiw cone none of them are talking to employees or clients to reassure them? Why the silence? Sincerely curious as to what all of you think.

Employees can ask questions but they will never be sown or addressed in All Associate updates. Swallow our canned messages - rah rah

Frankie does communicate with the employees constantly. Every week we get an email to try to convince parties to sign up for clover. Doesn’t that count?

Oh they are talking to them, trying to spread a veil of BS that most see through. Frank was on the ho-n with a recent core addition personally that went completely sideways due to staffing cuts and things falling through the cracks.

Clients aren't going to fall for it though. It's going to cost them contracts and money, and each time their reputation takes a hit future business gets harder.

Live by the sword....well you know the rest.

They're not leaders, they'll leave their ppl out to hang. As a client, it's absurd that no one from a senior level has stepped up to give messaging to the customers.

Imho, 1). they want to drive up attrition rates, and 2). they aren’t a touchy feel-good family company, they’re just like the bad guy in the 5th element

First, it’s earnings. It takes them a month to compile the report and the narrative. Every exec is focused on pleading Frank and getting him what he wants. Second, Frank prefers to communicate in the staged town halls with planted questions. Nothing is off script or ad-hoc.
