Horrible customer treatment

Submit a signal issue ticket and see how long it takes tech support to respond. I’ve been waiting over 2 months and multiple calls. Now they want customers to pay for wireless workshops. Force customers to use cumbersome touchless transactions so V can use that forced fake data to cut jobs. Verizon is falling apart Hans down!
