Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Are they planning to close St. Louis Offices?

I noticed that they are not hiring in St. Louis. Only in Dallas or Atlanta. Are they planning to close St. Louis offices? Will they do the same in making St. Louis employees move or lose their jobs?

If it is not Dallas or India, they plan on closing it down.

Paradise is the ONLY VP that actually knows the network.

He seems to believe his guys are untouchable.

We shall see…

Cousin Fester (Paradise) was extremely elusive in town hall chat about this. Someone said they saw the list and he would not comment and was sort of pi---d the question was even asked. Out of touch tool.

My org made everyone move to DLS or ATL (or layoff) from St Louis, Bothell AND New Jersey.
Take that for what it’s worth.

Depends on your team, but most people are moving out of there. So I would say the odds are high for it closing.

Look OP, it’s all a scam.
The Saint Louis office has already traded hands from the holding company to the shady LLC shell game, also owned by the same company. They sold it to themselves so that the building can stay open and they can profit from the arrangement.
Meanwhile the targeted employees were force relocate to Atlanta and Texas so they would quit. Those that stuck it out and moved to their new locations are still targeted and will be shaken off payroll by the 5x8 RTO scam. Which leads us to your question. No, Saint Louis will not be closing anytime soon. It su-ks to hear it for those that chose not to move and were laid off. It also su-ks for those that did move only to learn that the building closures are years away if at all.
They’re sc-mbags. You know it. I know it. Everybody knows it. The same sc-mbag game is being played out in San Ramon, Chicago and many other locations. Remember, they are always a single keystroke away from sending out an email putting a pause on the greatest con game in the history of corporate america They’ll probably announce some lame $hit about how the Waves and RTO had resulted in attrition rates that are above levels necessary to sustain our business. Just another lie and IMO intended once they have effectively shed the targeted employees. Big scam by big sc-m.

Next question is how long until they completely transition St. Louis? 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, etc.?

Many folks have already had their jobs moved from STL to DAL. I think payroll is still in STL so that will probably be the last group to move, besides the lower level regional stuff.
