Verizon Stock Falls After Downgrade. Why These Analysts Are Concerned.

Verizon Communications isn’t proving it can outperform, Wolfe Research argued on Wednesday. Analysts led by Peter Supino downgraded shares of the telecom company to Peer Perform from Outperform and removed their price target of $51. Verizon stock fell 3.3% to $41.99 in afternoon trading.

More proof losers are leading the company and very few in senior management even know what a NID is let alone how to operate a bucket truck! The stock price is proof enough of the weakness at the top of loser land communications.

If the VP of Operations DOES NOT know how to operate a bucket truck then they should NOT be a VP of 'Operations'. This is part of the problem. Neither customer service nor executives know their customers anymore. To them, customers are some theoretical data point with money.

This is what happens when you let outside consulting firms and executives from outside consulting firms with no expertise in anything but consulting run your business, culture, and employees into the ground. It is a simple business that requires much replacement capex but yields many jobs and lots of cash flow. Why they picked the 'leaders' that they did has more to do with BS, and song and dance routines for under-qualified board members and even less qualified foreign CEOs than because of any serious qualification or strategy for success. Think of the company in terms of a South Asian Full Employment Act and World Economic Forum Petrie dish run by outside consultants.

Hopefully this is not a surprise. The Indian CEO of consumer is just a rah rah and bunch of BS to just get his package. These all leaders need to be fired.

BOD wake the eff up!
