I have a feeling the all company will be full of fluff with no concrete information though the actual layoffs may be deep and brutal.
They might downplay the layoffs and focus on ego boosting delusions of IDM2.0

No clear answers, direct communication. And then Pat said live by our values. Do these people have any self awareness?
The moderator came across as the most decent of the bunch.
Not sure why we have our head of HR from Verizon. Verizon. This is best we can have???? I know her predecessors, Richard, Leslie, Sandra not good either.

And pat - do first, think later…weak sauce. I should have guessed that he will be nothing but a buzzword marketing machine. Why did I fool myself to believe he is more technical than BK, Bob etc. He was a high level intel technical person, which means a marketing person at best.
This time layoffs are decided by VP and above. So the very people (friends, associates and family of the ELT) that brought us into this position and solely responsible for failures are deciding who will be off the ship. BRAVO.

If they at least provide how many employees will be laid off, that will be very useful information at this stage. I think this will be good for Intel as well because there are so many random numbers flying around on how many people will be laid off; 7K, 10K, 20K, some even say 50K, which causes unnecessary panic for most people.
Agree 100%. This won’t provide the answers or clarity many are hoping for. It will just speak in corporate jargon
