D2D AR is much worse. They steal from their purses, lift anything in the house they can. But the icing on the cake is the collecting sales tax for the phones in cash - pocketing it - then using the c/c that they say are just using it for auto pay, and then charging the sales tax. And then the majic number is 4 lines, tv & internet - $125 month. The new face of AT&T, rip off everyone you can.
IHX, you mean those thirsty kids that show up on the porch of our customers begging for a chocolate chip cookie from granny? Weaseling into an intrusive sales conversation while we are trying to install customer services? Nothing paints a worse picture of AT&T like a door to door salesman up charging an elderly couple or a cash strapped single mother of three.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I would like to finish installing my customers core services. Can you little runts go pull up your pants and STOP harassing granny.
