I would say one perk of working with US Bank is they were fairly flexible with from home compared to other banks..however the pay is low, the technology is dated, and let’s be real US Bank is considered a dinosaur even compared to other large commercial banks. It’s certainly not something that has a wow factor on the resume.
Why stay if I can get better pay at another bank when I have to commute into the office anyway. The 3% annual raise being offered is certainly not going to keep up with the rate of inflation, much less over the additional costs of commuting.
There’s going to be a mass exodus but maybe this forced attrition is what the bigwigs want…they certainly don’t even bother to pretend to care about us
