Seems to be varying quite a lot depending on which org you’re in from what I can tell

Dell actually does LTI?
4% raise and no LTI.
Well our group in ISG has not been notified about anything as our manager in the US was let go and now our temporary manger, for the past month, is in India. That alone should probably be a red flag.
~3.75% and 30% LTI
I take that as a sign that you’re on the chopping block
1% raise, 50 mod., relative perf. is the reason. what r my options?
Work remote, 6.49%
it is definitely a juggling act. give a penny here, shave a penny there.
Not everyone on my team was willing to discuss it, but from what I gathered it's been a pretty mixed bag. Those of us that got a modest raise got less than 100% bonus and those that got 100% of the bonus got no raise.
"On the bright side, they didn’t cut my pay."
If your raise is less than last year's inflation rate then you absolutely did get a pay cut. For reference the inflation rate in the 2024 USA was 2.9% so no pay raise equals a 2.9% paycut since each dollar you get is worth almost 3 cents less.
“ They’re discreetly giving veteran employees smaller raises while prioritizing larger increases for those with more career runway ahead” - There’s nothing discreet about it. Trying to expand the soft layoff initiative
Has absolutely nothing to do with the org that you're in. All managers receive a budget depending on percentages of their team's current salary and which country they are in. How the budget is used is 100% up to your manager, but it's a zero sum game so if they want to give extra amounts to someone, they have to give less or none to others.
$hit on a $hingle
3%. 4% last year.
Not lying, nothing to gain from doing so. My guess is I was being underpaid.
@av+1jpagyqqs Stop lying, you can get a 20% increase. The max you can get it three times the average percentage
have not heard jack squat about raises or mbo modifiers yet? My manager is India so....
- 00%
Even though goals exceeded.
“we have to reward our superstars”
On the bright side, they didn’t cut my pay.
ISG I9 20% and LTIs.
- 2 increase in IT
Only ones I heard getting 0% are those max'd out on the PayScale or on PIPs
Has anyone else just simply not heard from their manager at all about IDP personal modifier, ACR, etc?
%5 this year. CSG US I9
6 % last year, 8% this year. It's not that hard to be a productive employee.
They’re discreetly giving veteran employees smaller raises while prioritizing larger increases for those with more career runway ahead.
Yeah.Still plan on leaving and hope I get a package and a push.
I'm in ISG and got a 1% increase. Every performance metric we discussed showed me at or above the team's average.
Also quiet quitting..... Blitzed my quarterly roadmap and "releasing" bit by bit; meanwhile spring is here, resume is gold and applications flying and enjoying life at my own pace.
yes. some orgs get the money most don't.
I didn't get one for 2 years now. I don't mind cause I am quiet quitting as well. So expectations are aligned.
Pay increase? Pay increase? You want to talk about pay increases - Jim Mora
I don't even have a manager to tell me if I did or didn't get one.
