Rumors going around that I'll never get laid off so for retaliation I'm going to continue doing the very least amount of work I can get away with without getting fired and I'm going to take advantage of all the many ways we can take off work with pay. It's really hilarious how little of actual work I do - like maybe 15 minutes of actual work per day - when I do go to work. The company would be better of if they just pay me to leave and cut their losses.

The OP is not frustrated. In fact, I'm sitting in my truck laughing right now. My job is so easy and I make over $90k so why would I quit? Of course I'd retire if they pay me to leave, and I suppose they eventually will.
Just quit! That would relieve your frustration.
Maybe the company will give us our old work trucks stripped of company logo as an incentive to retire. They don't need so many trucks and tools anymore.
