Original post was taken down but the company should really zero on the L3 and above associated with the Midwest specifically Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Some are retired in place adding no value, others incompetent, a few just way out over their skis because they didn’t earn it, and few good ones.

Do they ever park L3 and above in special projects or United Way anymore?
That was how they used to "hide" or "save" them and prevent further damage by their idiocy.

Company doesn’t need six to seven levels between the CEO and labor. Flatten the 4 levels of VP, Lvl 2 and below have already been right-sized.
