For those working mainly in the Prepared Food Areas… what are your expectations from your lead?

"Hungover" do you really think that's anybody else's problem??? Id--t
To have the counter full with every meal we have available while not running out of rotisserie chickens or ribs. It's a tad ridiculous to be honest, sometimes I come in with a headache or hungover and they don't even care. Other times I can't even prep chickens because my hands get cold, or get this, a member wants more than 1 chicken. I already have so many things to do and now they want me to make extra chickens?
It wasn't like this back in the day, smh...
