Some info for people wondering what's going on in CX...
Cuts were made across the board in teams that were already struggling, entire segments of CX were let go with no rhyme or reason (and no documentation), and everyone who was left, was required to pick up the slack. Even if they were already overburdened or have no clue how to do the roles that were let go.
Entire essential teams/large segments of teams (like partner incentives) were let go, with no one to pick up the work. Now months later, customer facing information isn't getting populated and the answer over and over again is "Yeah, we cut that whole team".
"Do we have any of their work?"
"Nah, there was no one to hand it off to."
"So we have to make it all from scratch with no idea what we're making, no team to do it, no resources, and no idea what we're doing?"
"Yep."
Besides that, it seems like they're still planning more cuts, moral is at all time lows, there haven't been raises in years, and just about anyone can get a higher paying job, doing more interesting things, elsewhere.
Just about everyone I know is looking & leaving.
