The CFO should take over as the EVP of Administrative Operations. She certainly would have more empathy and decision making prowess then the clown who is in there now.

Not entirely true. The CHRO is new.
We needed a CEO from the outside to turn things around
Well, the Company certainly was not going to be turned around from its “At the bottom of the ocean” position with Gutierrez as our CFO. She does not have the knowledge, experience or skillset to turn the company around. She along with every other Executive at the top lack the hands on experience to turn it around. Not one Executive has been “been there, done that, and here’s what we did to right the ship and save it” experience. I have zero trust in our leadership’s ability to turn the ship around. They all have been at Mutual for over 20 years. They’ve never been any where else to know what to do here which is why the ship keeps sinking. 9 out of 10 of the Executives have been promoted to positions that are beyond their ability.
