Global projects will be spectacular this year

Chevron recruiting taken much larger than 3% this year.
If anyone knows the exact attrition at BTC please share.
Absolute deceit that the % of persons that are judged to Need Significant Improvement is announced prior to beginning the evaluation.
3% is just a layoff target disguised as needing improvement.

PIP is not an evenly distributed assessment.
The HC10 100% normal salary person is judged much stricter than the person making 12% of salary even though the HC10 person constantly corrects the errors produced by the 12% guy.
EM will suffer when the last 100% guy is PIP’d and only 12% guys are left.
Need a large percentage 10% in Annandale, move along the dead wood hanging back. Houston don’t need them.

It varies by group. Global projects has one of the highest percentages of any group this year.
I expect the 8 to 5% standard. It could be as low as 3% but I think it will be higher. In my old group we had to take turns getting piped because we only had 10 employees in the ranking group. One person had to be piped each year. I was piped once along with another co worker. It was random and not based on anything but luck and timing. I was told the black box picked me sharp said I was to be piped. I passed because I was given a fair plan. Another person did not pass because they were older and the plan was not fair to their skill set. It is a pure sh-t show so good luck to the players. I am retirement ready so if they pip me again I will retire. No more games for me.
