10-15% cut in VCG last month and 10-15% in VBG/GNT/GTS this month. Meanwhile, Manon and Krista are so incompetent and useless, they're the main reason why our stock is tanking. Krista never should have been promoted and Manon can't even communicate effectively, let alone lead VCG. They're both making mistake after mistake and they're never let go. But of course, they're compensated like they actually drive results. GET RID OF THEM BOTH.

I never understood the Manon hire. Well, I guess Hans knew he would become more exposed when he forced Ronan out. So he went and got someone more out of touch than him.
What new innovative fascinating things has Manon delivered? 0.0 She just repackages other people's achievements as her own.
How Diego remains is still a mystery. Never takes ownership for awful messaging and blames everyone else. No accountability whatsoever.
VCG marketing leader, Nina, is the exact same way and should get the door. Delivers nothing and begs her teams for ideas. It's the whole purpose of her 'right now with Nina' meetings.
Manon makes Diego look like he’s competent.
