I spend so much time at work that I can't switch off, even on weekends. Eventually, I’ll just be discarded, like everyone else. What’s the frigging point?

18 years; lots of OT, many in the middle of night. I was release manager and, the only FTE tech left on the team. I was responsible for major software releases turning successfully. This happened near 100% of time. And then... after all the stress, my boss of 10 years set me up and fired me for poor performance. He just got a new crop of H1-Bs. I didn't even get severance pay. Nice guy, huh? I'd say his name but what good would that do.
How much OT we talking here?
