Cannis quit Pro six months ago, but Frick is still “interim” leader. This is supposedly our most important and most profitable business. Why so long getting a replacement? They already hired an unemployed job hopper to be President of Integrated Services, which is one of our biggest money losers. Maybe nobody wants the job? Cannis is probably telling people the real story. Maybe we don’t need so many CEOs and Presidents?

Look at Gaga she was the creative director of Polaroid. I like some of the Gaga songs but what the fu-k does she know about cameras?
What the fu-k does DF know about building? Or any of the others at model e.
aa+1jq2cpzy0 that is a d-mb idea... DF does not know a thing about PD. He never stayed anywhere long enough to really truly deliver.

I’m wondering what happened to the “new executive director of quality, Josh Halliburton, in a newly created position under CEO Jim Farley,” hired in 2022.
There is at least one unhappy Next employee who thought they should be Stern’s replacement, even though that person has failed at everything they’ve done at Ford. That’s exactly why I thought he might get the promotion 🤣🤣🤣
But instead we hired a guy who could start immediately because he was unemployed.
Either way, an impending failure.
What about the new Quality Executive that Ford announced in Dec of 2024? Haven't heard a peep about it since and we are now nearly into the 2nd Qtr of 2025. Can't convince anyone to take over this ship as it bears down on the rocks at full speed ahead?
Pro is only profitable because it has Super Duty in its accounting roll up. Put Super Duty back with Blue as it should be and Pro / Model e will be shown for what they are unprofitable.
Ford needs to be Doge'd. Too many VPs and too much LL5+ structure not creating anything other than chaos. Get them out!
? Wrong thread?
Again what does this have to do with creating model e without any of these preconceptions. Can’t have any discussion without it being political.
I agree with pro moving into model e under df we should have a quicker death of this company and this will be very successful
I still say Pro should be absorbed or moved into Model e, with DF as lead for this combined super group. There would be much future success with such a structure.
Success will only come from a brutally honest recognition and admission of failure. When was the last time this happened in Ford and was publicly acknowledged? Never.
Maybe just admit it’s over
