Commissioned a very expensive McKinsey OHI (Occupational Health Index) survey, “strongly urged” all management to take it promising to share the results, and when he didn’t like the results, refused to release them. Then trotted his minions out with ridiculous nonsensical excuses for not releasing said results .
He should but he’s been busy trying to save his own butt. Also he’s at the me of his career.
